McKinzie leads group yoga classes, workshops, and private sessions at Vital Origins Integrative Health. This spring’s offerings include gentle vinyasa, yin yoga, a breath work workshop, and more. Classes always begin and conclude with a moment of gratitude. As a student, you are welcome and encouraged to modify the poses and pace to suit your needs in each changing moment.
